Virtual Yoga Schedule

It looks like we’ll be here a while. I’ve decided to theme out every day of our Daily Dose free (or pay-what-you-can) online yoga classes. See below for the new schedule:

To keep things interesting, every day has a different theme, focusing on different areas such as: yoga conditioning to help you build all the right muscles and nail advanced postures, meditation + visualization to help ease your mind, vinyasa for all levels, and and end-of-week floor stretch.

Daily Dose Schedule:

***Mantra Mondays: get your mind right for the week with this with long holds and deep breathing

***Twists + Binds Tuesdays: the full detox. shoulders, twists and binds

***Work (work work work work) Wednesdays: yoga conditioning for increased inner and outer strength

***Third Eye Thursdays: juicy hip + heart openers  leading up to intuition- strengthening visualizations

***Floor Play Fridays: decompress with this floor practice. breath, core, lots-o-stretching.

***Skillful Saturdays: build skills with conditioning vinyasa variations that lead into inversions and balances 

***Soulful Sundays: ancient  wisdom, inspirational quotes, and vibe-raising vinyasa
