About Our Daily FREE Virtual Yoga

Feeling at your wits end sitting inside all day? Going crazy looking up Coronavirus conspiracy theories? Or maybe you’re feeling fine but driving your roommates insane? Are we just projecting here? Introducing Daily Dose - Grip The Mat’s first ever virtual donation-based  yoga event.

This one-hour yoga session is chock full of  your daily wellness requirements:  mindfulness, movement and (most importantly) human connection. You'll have the chance to join into discussion via the group chat and reach out to the community so we can support one another in the best way we can right now - virtually!

Think of it as an easy breezy ritual that you can do in your underwear (or not - no one’s looking!)

Expect good vibes, a bumping' playlist and a mix of class styles that will either get your booty burning, your mind bending, or your heart melting. The idea is to lower stress and get that immunity nice and strong so we’re ready to leave the house when Big Brother lets us out. :)

Heck! You might even begin to enjoy quarantine!

*Perfect for all levels of experience. All you need is one hour and  a yoga mat's amount of space (about 2x6 ft) and an open mind. ;)

*Optional: a pillow or two to sit on, a couple of thick books to use as a prop, water (or your favorite drank) nearby
