Grip The Mat Healthy Cocktail Recipes

If it’s your first time attending a Grip The Mat event, let us warn you! Not only will you get to experience yoga in a cool, new setting (shout out to The Daley!), but you will also get to experience our delicious yoga cocktails. We are firm believers in a balanced lifestyle - a little health, a little fun! So we will be popping up the best bar in Shady Grove for the night! Soul & Spirits will begin with an hour of Vinyasa and end with a happy hour, featuring some wild cocktails (pun intended). Expect free bottles of Wild Kombucha for our yogis to sample, as well as a special kombucha cocktail menu!

You can try these Kombucha cocktails at the event:

The Pink Panther

Grapefruit Moscow Mule

  • Vodka
