Favorite yoga pose & why:
Wheel Pose / Urdhva Dhanurasana. It's therapeutic for me! I can breathe deeply in this pose while also having my heart open and spine lengthened. Helps me stand a bit taller. ;)
Most challenging yoga pose for you & why:
Anything to do with strength...crow, handstand, etc.. I struggle with my puny arms!
Hobbies or other things you like to do:
Reading...Its my one true love. Also, does brunching count?
