Favorite yoga pose & why:
Headstand / Sirsasana. When life gets stressful, there’s nothing like flipping upside down to put things into perspective. I love how present I am while in headstand - it’s almost impossible to think of anything else when you’re focusing on keeping your balance! Levitating is a runner-up.
Most challenging yoga pose for you & why:
The Splits! / Hanumanasana. I’ve always had to work for my flexibility. Only after extensive physical warm ups and chaotic internal battles between resistance and acceptance can I get into deep hamstring and hip openers. Always a struggle. Always worth it.
Hobbies or other things you like to do:
Choreographing dances in front of my mirror, listening to good music, playing outside with my sisters and our friends, talking with Ashley, drinking tea with Ashley, brainstorming with Ashley, wait.. what was the question?
Why are you a part of the GTM team?
Ashley and I dared each other to quit our day jobs. By the next day, we had actually done it! We were left to confront the daunting question - what do we do next? Naturally, we started a company…?
