Favorite yoga pose & why:
Dolphin Push-Ups / Makara Adho Mukha Svanasana. While I don't quite feel like a majestic sea animal in this pose, I love the active burn I feel throughout my shoulders and core. It's also a great way to build strength for headstands and handstands!
Most challenging yoga pose for you & why:
Chair / Utkatasana. Physically it's not a killer, but mentally, I have to work hard to get through a long held chair pose.
Hobbies or other things you like to do:
Avid no-pants dance partier, photo editor, event planner and consumer of news.
Why are you a part of the GTM team?
In the beginning it was simply the yearning to help my friend accomplish her dream. Now, it's to contribute to a company that is thriving and constantly growing. Something that I see myself, my friends, my colleagues, my family, my peers, all being a part of in order to better themselves spiritually and physically.
