When you arrive at Vinyasa to Vino, we invite you to take a look around the stunning raw space and enjoy one of the bests views of the city. Feel your senses awaken as they tickle with intrigue. Then, join us in a seated meditation. How often can you say you've meditated or even found stillness in this bustling city? After a long day, you'll find the body welcomes a few calming moments.
Drink in the gentle warm-up movements and energize your body with the movement of Vinyasa yoga. Juicy stretches and twists will detoxify your body while balance postures will strengthen your muscles and your mind. Beginners are welcome and we offer modifications for all levels. Advanced practitioners will enjoy the options to take a level up, too!
After the yoga, remain calm and drink in the sweetness of meeting others (and tasting wine!). The post-yoga social hour is a way for you to make time. Absorb the fruits of your practice and enjoy being in the elevated headspace that your yoga practice gives you.
