Favorite yoga pose & why:

Forward Fold / Uttanasana.  I love standing forward bend because you can do it anywhere, anytime, and feel immediate results. Personally it helps be relieve stress, fight fatigue, and quiet my mind - along with a great stretch to the hammies!

Most challenging yoga pose for you & why:

Handstand / Adho Mukha Vrksasana.  Eek! This pose can feel so scary. For me it hasn’t quite clicked quite yet, but I intend to keep practicing and simply enjoy the journey.

Hobbies or other things you like to do:

What do you mean? Hm.

Why are you a part of the GTM team?

I was tired of repetitive social habits. I believe yoga can positively impact anyone and everyone. I want to convince as many people as possible to try yoga.
